Our panelists have contributed significantly to drive and advocate for inclusivity at the workplace in various industries. Dr Navin Nair, a disability and inclusivity advocate, is a Singapore representative volunteer at United Nations Enable and has experience in the HR and IT sectors. Mr Jerome Syed facilitates digital programmes for PWDs. Through his time working with PWDs, he has gained a deep understanding of what can drive PWDs to explore entrepreneurship. Mr Russ Neu is experienced in driving diversity and inclusion initiatives and strategies while working as a Global Inclusion Manager and is now a visiting professor with ISIP, UNDP teaching social entrepreneurship across Southeast Asia. Last but not least, Mr Jazz Lee has years of experience working with PWDs in manufacturing, and will shed light on the social dynamics of a workplace with PWDs and how to create a safe, inclusive environment for PWDs to thrive at work.
