This 5 week training program helps International Development practitioners to reflect, learn and improve our practice. In particular looking to the deeper questions: of the relationships and representation of people with disabilities (in all their diversities including women with disabilities and people with diverse Sexualities, Gender Identities and Sex Characteristics within our work; and how we partner with Organisations of People with Disabilities (OPD's) to achieve transformative, systemic change in the countries where we work.
