Sulam's Rehabilitative Daycare nurseries were established in Jerusalem in 1981.  The Okner nurseries, in line with Sulam's mission of early  intervention, have children ages 6 months to 3 years.

The nurseries were built and equipped according to the highest standards of the Ministries of Health and Welfare, and are under professional supervision.

The children attending the nurseries suffer from developmental delays, and other issues as well as a group with communication difficulties and PDD.
