The Jerusalem Yiddish Language Kindergarten was established for children aged 4 to 7  suffering from language development delay, as well as other disabilities.  The goal of the program is to give the children the extra training and therapy "boost" they need in order to join the normative school system.

A mainstreaming program both for boys and girls is in place, with Sulam and the Maor Chaim kindergartens and the Maor Chaim Talmud Torah.
