Train The Trainer: Disability Equality Training

Open to any and all Disabled artists, this workshop series aims to give you the tools to train companies and organisations to be inclusive and accessible.

These 3 workshops will give you the tools to:

• Introduce disability history and disability representation
• Talk about Disability from perspective of The Social Model of Disability
• Explore & challenge Disabled people's experiences in arts organisations
• Discuss Disability and Access more specifically for arts organisations
• Promote active allyship

Attendance to all 3 workshops is essential to cover all the information to set you up as a Trainer.

There is an opportunity to join and observe one of Disconsortia's Disability Equality Training sessions. This will give you the experience of guiding and supporting the training.
