About this Event

This is an online event. This Event is presented to you by the Lambton Kent Teen Transition Committee.

This event will cover the following topics: Education, Employment, Housing, Respite, Funding, and Extra Curricular Activities.

Upon registering please answer the following questions by e-mailing [email protected]:

• Are you from Sarnia or Chatham?
• Would you like your information package virtually or would you like to set up a pick up time?
• What is your child's age that you are attending with/for?
• Any questions you may have so we can ensure they are answered at the event.
• Out of the 6 topics which ones are you most interested in?

The link will be sent out upon registration. A survey will be attached. Upon completion of survey your name will be entered in a draw for a gift card.
