AODA wants accessible businesses by 2025, but nah... this is ridiculous. Our municipal, provincial and federal governments should be working together to improve accessibility by making it manageable for store owners who truly care (and don't care) to serve disabled people. Situations like this give disability a bad rep and demotivate business owners from taking action in making their services accessible to all. The penalty was too harsh in the case, such a shame.
