If you're passionate about creating a more inclusive workplace at your organization but find that it's challenging to promote within your organization, this event is for you.
What you can expect is to hear from others who are also working hard to promote inclusion within their organization, coming out of the night with a list of actionable things you can do to improve your organization.
Why are we doing this?
Being able to share the difficulties you're experiencing at your company with other like-minded individuals is powerful. Many of us have all been in each other's shoes and have found different ways of getting to a solution.
By coming together in this setting our goal is that everyone can bond over their common challenges and experiences, providing support and guidance to each other and forming relationships that otherwise wouldn't have occurred.
Event Timing:
