Easter Seals Drop Zone Edmonton

Easter Seals Drop Zone Edmonton will be held Friday, August 25 at The Sutton Place Hotel in Edmonton from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

The Easter Seals Drop Zone is a national event happening in 10 cities across Canada. The Easter Seals Drop Zone is presented by national founding sponsor, the Canadian Real Estate Investment Trust (CREIT). Other major sponsors include Amway, Global, TACTEN and Breakaway Experiences. Our local supporters are SEP Digital, Trident Photography, The Sutton Place Hotel, Vertically Inclined Rock Gym, Advanced DJ Services, Unique Solutions Group, Edmonton Sun, Vu Weekly, 9.57 CRUZ fm, HOT 107 fm, Carbon Copy Digital, Vu Weekly and Outfront Media.

Up to 50+ participants will safely rappel 29-stories (260 feet) down the side of The Sutton Place Hotel at the Easter Seals Drop Zone event in support of children with disabilities and medical conditions in Alberta. Superhero costumes are encouraged as participants are superheroes to Easter Seals kids.

All superheroes will undergo specialized training the week preceding the event at Vertically Inclined Rock Gym prior to the big day, www.verticallyinclined.com. Each participant must raise a minimum of $1,100 in pledges to support Easter Seals Alberta. In 2016, together we raised over $51,000 for Easter Seals programs, an enormous success that we intend to repeat or beat in 2017.
