his knee-shaking, heart-pounding, adrenaline-pumping fundraising adventure encourages you to get out of your comfort zone and face your fears by rappelling from Calgary's 28 storey Sun Life Plaza Building — all in support of Albertans with disabilities. By fundraising a minimum of $1,100, ordinary people are becoming superheroes for a day as they challenge themselves and change lives.
Easter Seals Alberta is proud to be a part of the Shaw Charity Classic- Birdies for Kids! Birdies for Kids presented by AltaLink is a fundraising program designed to give charities an opportunity to generate contributions through flat donations or based on the number of "birdies" made by Champions Tour players during the Shaw Charity Classic, August 29 - September 3, 2017.
You can pledge per birdie or you can make a flat donation, and all donations are matched!
Picture a sleepaway camp for grown-ups. Groups of friends come together and leave behind the stresses of adult life by spending a blissful weekend back at camp. The camp weekend is filled with arts‘n crafts activities, nightly theme parties, refreshments, gourmet meals and, of course, all of your favorite classic camp activities from Tug “O” War to Talent Show. It's the perfect goodbye to summer 2017.
Who: 18-65 Adults
What: Camp Déjà vu is a fundraising event supporting Easter Seals Alberta. Adults aged 18 - 60 come to Camp in search of that nostalgic summer camp feeling. Join forces to face off in a series of fun game & sport. Teams earn points for every challenge they accomplish and compete at the chance to become the reigning Camp Champs!

Come join the family and friends of the late JC Anderson at the spectacular Sirocco Golf Course for the benefit of children and adults with disabilities and medical conditions in Alberta.
Sadly, JC passed away September 3, 2015 but his spirit and passion to improve the lives of people in our community carries on.
