Canadian Business SenseAbility has partnered with local employment agencies in Chatham Kent to present the SenseAbility Forum. This forum is targeted for local employers to come learn from local inclusion champions, the real, proven advantages, for a business that employs people with disabilities. People with disabilities an under-utilized pool of talent, however many studies demonstrate that hiring people with disabilities has a positive impact on business growth and can give the business the competitive advantage it needs. Key Note speaker Lisa Kelly from Canadian Business SenseAbility will provide the business case of hiring people with disabilities, and present an online toolkit that is designed to provide employers with a “roadmap” that outlines the benefits of hiring those with disabilities, and the tools they need to start hiring the talent they are looking for.
