This interactive, youth-led workshop will cover:
- Mental health awareness
- Issues affecting South Asian young people, such as Social Media: The Pressure to Look & Act a Certain Way
- Cognitive Behaviour Therapy techniques that can help with these issues
- Guidance on where to go for further support
It’s for any young person aged 15-19 living in the UK and will be delivered alongside one of our Young Champions. We look forward to seeing you there!
