The Hoptel on the grounds of Zablocki VA Medical Center – a welcoming facility that veterans can “hop” into for temporary lodging between medical discharge and returning home.
Dayton Residential Care Facility (Kenosha Outreach) – Serves individuals with mental and physical disabilities. Community based and approved for placement of veterans in the VA Community Residential Care program.
Tiny House initiative (Veterans Outreach of Wisconsin) – currently a “pilot program” in Racine, this facility provides homeless and at-risk veterans with a unique tiny home, along with access to a large community center with all the amenities. The program also supplies the veterans with tools for success and well-being.
