In our efforts to bring resources to the community, we are partnering with the Center for Disability and Elder Law (CDEL) to provide details on estate planning. CDEL believes that Seniors with capacity should understand estate planning to help them avoid potential abuse and financial exploitation, as well as the possible requirement of a guardianship proceeding, should they later become incapacitated.
