Unapei is the French national federation of associations of people with an intellectual disability and their families (local Adapei, Apei and Papillons Blancs associations). Its member associations run schools, work centres (ESAT), homes and support services, and it defends the rights of people with an intellectual disability, autism, polyhandicap or a mental disability.
