Unafam (Union nationale de familles et amis de personnes malades et/ou handicapées psychiques) is the French national association of families and friends of people with a mental illness. Its local offices in every département listen to families, give information and support, and defend the rights of people with a mental illness. Its national helpline is Écoute-Famille.
