Introducing Step Up for Mental Health, powered by Cameco.

Step Up for Mental Health, powered by Cameco, recognizes the importance of, and need for, mental health resources in the local community and that funding for mental health services is essential to helping improve access and support for those who need it. It's about making a difference for a cause that touches us all.

The inaugural Step Up for Mental Health Fun/Run Walk will take place on September 28th at 8:00 a.m., starting at Memorial Park in Port Hope. The event is open to the community and participants will be treated to a fun, inspirational experience on a beautiful course that is buzzing with energy and excitement while highlighting Port Hope's scenic Ganaraska River and small town charm.

  • 5K run/walk through Port Hope's scenic river valley with entertainment, unprecedented course atmosphere and pre-and-post run activities in Memorial Park.
PLEASE NOTE: To provide a positive experience for everyone, we've capped registration at 1,000 for the inaugural event.
