Victoria’s state disability plan 2021-25 will outline actions the Victorian Government will lead over the next four years to make our state fairer and more accessible for people with disability.
The Victorian Government is also currently reviewing the Disability Act (2006) and wants feedback from the public to make sure the law continues to protect and promote the rights of people with disability, support their needs and aspirations and advances inclusion and participation.
We want to hear from people with disability about what needs to go into the state disability plan as well as any changes you want to see made to The Disability Act (2006).
This online forum will explore the impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19), including emergency response and preparedness, as well as well as issues related to:
- the disability act
- rights and advocacy
- safety and access to the justice system
The more people that have a say on the plan, the better the outcomes will be for all Victorians.
