The Swiss Paraplegic Association (SPV) in Nottwil is the self-help organisation of people with spinal cord injury in Switzerland. It gives legal and social advice, advice on barrier-free building, and runs wheelchair sport and leisure programmes with about 27 wheelchair clubs.
