Then participating in this event will motivate you to continue these likes or try something new! Grab a friend, neighbor, family member, dog, or just yourself and take a walk out in the community, such as in your own neighborhood, on a hiking trail, track, park, or any location you can engage in this fun way to donate to an organization like SPIN Com Fit. Short for SPIN (Special People in the Northeast) Community & Fitness Center, this is part of SPIN Inc., a nonprofit organization providing human services. SPIN Com Fit is a branch of this organization where adults with intellectual disability and developmental disabilities receive services that emphasize a life of possibilities through recreational and educational classes that can increase their quality of life and transfer skills learned to the community.
