The Special Education Hub, with support from Special Olympics Australia (SOA), will be presenting a 45-minute session on ‘Physical Activity and Sporting opportunities for students with intellectual disability and/or autism’.
This session will support Special Educators, School Sport Organisers, SLSOs, SSP settings and for staff working with students with intellectual disability and/or autism.
SOA will discuss their Inclusive Sport in Schools program, resources and funding, Sporting Schools partnerships, and how schools can benefit and get involved. The session will also provide participants with more information and understanding of SOA and create networking opportunities.
This webinar addresses standards 1.6.2, 4.1.2, 7.4.2 which you may use to support your Elective PD.
