This program is for children with autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing disorder, and other similar disorders who have no prior school exposure. The program is designed for children ages 4-8. This program will include practice in the following:
-Peer Interaction skills – Playing with other peers
-Practice attending to a task for short amounts of time
-Practice sitting for short amounts of time
-Eye contact - Attending to teacher
-Learning in a group
This program will include 4 classes on the following dates:
Ticket sales end June 5th and are nonrefundable after June 1st.
This program is presented by the PEER Academy, and instructed by a certified special education teacher with BCBA qualifications.
