Regional branch of the All-Russian Society of Disabled People (VOI) for Nenets Autonomous Okrug. VOI is the largest national organisation of people with any disability: it gives advice on rights, benefits and rehabilitation, runs sports, cultural and social programmes, and represents people with disabilities to the authorities. It unites 7 local organisations.
