Towerview Resource Centre is a day care centre in Newtownards, run by South Eastern HSC Trust. It supports people with dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions and physical disabilities. It is registered with the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA) in Northern Ireland.
