About this Event
Powerful Parents is an advocacy training and support group designed to provide a supportive space for caregivers raising children with disabilities — and now, it is so much more. Since COVID-19 spread to NYC, we find ourselves physically isolated, compounding the feelings of loneliness and isolation many of us already felt. On top of this, many of us are struggling with our new and surreal normal that has us supporting our kids through remote learning. This has certainly been a tough year, so let’s work through it together.
