The mission of Student Disability Support (SESH) is to support students with disabilities in their educational and personal paths and to promote their academic integration in order to ensure their success.

To fulfill its mission, the SESH fulfills these roles:

• Meet with students to establish a plan of action (the situation, needs, protection and risk factors, internal and external resources, etc.);
• Ensure that accommodations are in place to meet the needs of students with disabilities;
• Advise and educate the community on the diversity and needs, services and regulations related to students with disabilities;
• Evaluate the effectiveness of accommodations and identify progress and barriers in the context of inclusion of students with disabilities.
