But they can keep us locked in unproductive, unhealthy cycles that, pull us down, disrupt our sleep, damage our health and relationships, and block us from feeling happy, free, and confident.

In this 2-hour, live, Zoom-based course, women and men of all ages will discover how to spot, and start to disconnect from, unconscious patterns no longer serving them—and replace them with positive thoughts and behaviors that help encourage better pain management strategies, relieve stress and clear the way to feel empowered and in charge of yourself and your life.
