trueNorth Medical Centres provides comprehensive addiction medicine services to individuals within Ontario who are facing substance use challenges. This program operates on a non-urgent, walk-in basis where people receive access to assessment and treatment within the same visit. Medical treatment plans and supports are offered based on the unique needs and goals of the individual. 

Disability Today Network - USA Office

The Disability Today (DT) Network is an online "exposition” of independently-hosted media channels under 15 different areas of special interest to people disabilities, their families and friends and healthcare professionals.

Opportunities Unlimited of Niagara, the Niagara County chapter of NYSARC, Inc., is the largest not-for-profit organization in Niagara County providing programs and services to people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities. The agency provides service coordination (for any age), recreation (youth and adult), school-to-work transition services, fine arts instruction, horticulture therapy, day programming, on-campus programs at Niagara University, employment and training, residential services, clinical services and supportive services to more than 600 families annually.

OATC Niagara Falls Clinic

The Ontario Addiction Treatment Centres  (OATC) were founded in 1995. At that time, treatment for opioid agonist therapy, utilizing methadone, was extremely under-serviced and those seeking treatment often were forced to travel hundreds of kilometers to seek care.

Segue Clinic - Niagara Falls

Segue Clinic is the leading network of community-based addiction treatment centres throughout the Niagara Region and Hamilton area, specializing in opioid use disorder and recovery-oriented care.  We have been providing rapid access to addiction treatment for opioids (RAAM delivery model) since 2003.  

CATP Niagara Falls

CATP is comprised of a team of Healthcare Professionals and Support Teams to provide care and support to individuals affected by opioid addiction.  We strive on treating the whole person as well as the addiction.  We care greatly to treat every person with the dignity and respect that they deserve on their journey to betterment.
