An IC is a free and confidential 20-30 minute conversation where you will meet with a counsellor to explore your reasons for seeking help. From there you and the counsellor can discuss the best course of action for you - e.g. determine whether Wellness and Psychological Services is a good match for your needs, provide you with helpful resources specific to your concern, follow up appointments when appropriate, information about treatment and therapy options if the service doesn’t meet your needs or appointment times are fully booked.

CASA Child, Adolescent and Family Mental Health is a major community-focused provider of mental health services for infants, children, adolescents and their families, located in Edmonton and serving central and northern Alberta.
