The NDIA is seeking to develop a stronger focus on recovery in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) for participants living with psychosocial disability.
The NDIA is doing this through the development of a Psychosocial Disability Recovery-Oriented Framework (Recovery Framework) for the NDIS. The purpose of the Recovery Framework is to develop principles to guide the NDIS in its understanding and response to psychosocial disability. The Recovery Framework has six principles for discussion.
The NDIA are running a number of workshops to seek your feedback on the Recovery Framework. This workshop will help you understand more about the Recovery Framework and the six principles.
Your feedback will help the NDIS work better for people with psychosocial disability. It will identify areas the NDIS will improve over the next five years.
