This course is an introduction to working with neurodivergent, chronically ill, and/or disabled performers, crew, volunteers and employees . In this course you will learn how to better work with and be more inclusive of neurodivergent, chronically ill, and disabled artists in your organization. Our attitude on the course is that it is a safe space for people to learn. No-one needs to worry about saying the wrong thing or causing offense and any questions are welcome. The course involves both lecture style and interactive elements. All attendees will receive a resource book of course materials after attending.
