This Level 1 Award in Awareness of First Aid for Mental Health is an entry-level Ofqual (RQF) certified course for mental health awareness in the workplace. This introductory, fully certified course provides a basic grounding for all employees in mental health awareness. This course benefits from additional knowledge specifically for line managers in how to address mental health concerns within the organisational ways of working, how to complete and use a wellness action plan, and basic knowledge of reasonable adjustments for mental health disabilities.
