Lexington Girl Excels Despite Severe Hearing Loss

3-year-old Jasmine was born with severe hearing loss.It was so bad, audiologists say in another era she would have been considered completely deaf .Not long after her first birthday, she had surgery to get cochlear implants in each ear. Now, she works with therapists at Lexington Hearing and Speech Center and is making remarkable progress.
