For years, students and faculty from The University Speaking Center at UNC Greensboro have served as communication coaches to Peacehaven Community Farm's Core Members. As we launch the next chapter in this partnership, both Peacehaven and The Speaking Center are excited to announce:
Open enrollment weekly activity-driven oral communication programming for adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in the Greensboro area. Participants and their care givers will gain oral communication competencies through improv and experiential based engagement.
Repeat attendance is encouraged.
