MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES IN CHILDREN WITH LD

This workshop focuses on issues related to anxiety, depression and behavioural problems that so frequently co-exist with learning problems. Understanding the relationship between learning difficulties and resulting emotional struggles is usually helpful for parents who often feel overwhelmed when trying to manage the fallout that can affect the whole family. Various coping strategies for both children and parents will be discussed.
