L'Arche Cape Breton is perhaps best known for its rural setting and its simple lifestyle. We seek to live simply, in solidarity with those with disabilities, and with unemployed and marginalized people everywhere. We live counter-culturally, recognizing the importance of relationships over the acquiring of material possessions and power.
