Introduction to employment with Autism Voice Limited

Welcome to the Rapid Recovery Festival. Do it Now Now is working in partnership with Nesta, to empower Black people through community leaders around the UK to produce incredible learning opportunities that will help you thrive!

In this session, we are working with Autism Voice Limited, to teach you how to:

• Learn about the potential barriers to employment, matching skills, knowledge, experience, and potential jobs
• Examining strength and weaknesses, identifying key skills, communication and team working
• CV writing and cover letter and interview techniques

The goal is to empower people with autism from the black and ethnic minority community with the skills and technique needed to get into employment.
