Inclusive Youth Cross Training

Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at 6 PM - 8 PM MDT

Join us for an Inclusive speed development cross-training class for youth with and without impairments.

Athletes with and without an impairment are invited to participate and work alongside one another to build physical literacy skills and agility through a speed development cross training program usually taught to junior and professional level athletes. We are providing a modified version for athletes with and without impairments and physical and cognitive impairments.
