In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn about the background and theory of accessibility and how it effects document creation; necessary changes to an organization's current workflow and process; and how to design documents for those with vision, motor and cognitive impairments. Various tools will be used in Microsoft Word to establish accessibility and then PDF documents will be reviewed, and the content enhanced and edited, to ensure they pass the Adobe Acrobat Accessibility Checker.
