About this Event

What does Inclusion look like across the globe? How do other cultures work to facilitate belonging in their communities? How has the COVID-19 pandemic altered what community means for both youth with and without disabilities?

Inclusion Alberta Youth's 4th Annual Youth Conference will work to unpack these questions and give youth the tools they need to bolster their sense of community at home and globally!

Global Inclusion: The Cross-Cultural Impact of Belonging is a conference by youth for youth, aimed at empowering youth to take action for inclusion of people with developmental disabilities in their own communities and across the globe.

All youth ages 16-22 interested in social justice, with a passion for inclusion , including those with and without disabilities are welcome to attend. Please note that this conference will be held virtually on the Zoom platform.
