Funding for Assistive Devices & How March of Dimes Canada can help

Join Trisha Robbins on Monday July 26, 2021 to learn about March of Dimes Canada's Assistive Devices Program. The Program's goal is to ensure that persons with disabilities in financial need have access to the essential assistive devices required to maintain and/or improve their mobility and functional independence.

Some devices that may qualify for funding include:

• Manual and power wheelchairs
• Canes and walkers
• Home and bathroom safety equipment
• Floor patient lifters
• Electronic aids for daily living
• Face to face communication devices for non-verbal adults
• Funding may also be provided for repairs to existing devices
