This new support group and workshop is designed to help those of us who love someone struggling with substances or addiction learn skills and techniques to better manage our lives, improve personal self-care, communication and our relationship with a loved one by using the principles and skills taught with the evidenced-based CRAFT Model. This group is facilitated by trained CRAFT facilitators, others who have been personally affected by a loved one's addiction.

As a participant, you will receive the CRAFT workbook and the Get Your Loved One Sober book at no cost to you.

This is a safe and enriching space for us to learn and grow. You are not required to share in the group sessions if you do not wish to. Come as you are.
