Handcycling sessions will involve intervals as well as some strength and core training. There is a progression aspect to each session to favor athletes’ endurance and stamina improvement. Intensity of the workouts will be adjusted to the athletes’ level and need.

Individual Cost: $90.00 upfront, or $40.00/session
