Raising Black African Children With Autism. A group specifically for parents and guardians of Black African American children with autism to support, encourage, and be a resource on issues related to autism and the Black American community.

Caregivers will learn effective strategies and techniques for facilitating calming routines, self-management, mindfulness and exercise activities for children with ASD. This training will be offered online via Zoom. An electronic Zoom meeting link will be shared with participants upon completion of Eventbrite registration.

• New "MyPlate" guidelines
• Macro and micro nutrients

• Whole vs processed foods

• Demonstration on building a healthy snack!
