Croatian Association of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (HSGN) is the national member for Croatia of the European Union of the Deaf (EUD). It represents deaf people and sign language users in Croatia.

Croatian Blind Union is the national member for Croatia of the European Blind Union (EBU). It represents and supports people who are blind or partially sighted in Croatia.

Special Olympics provides year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities. Those activities give them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship.
