The mission of the California Foundation for Independent Living Centers is increasing access and equal opportunity for people with disabilities by building the capacity of Independent Living Centers.

Ability Tools is the statewide assistive technology program under the federal Assistive Technology Act. It gives free information on assistive technology, short-term device loans, device demonstrations and reused equipment for people with disabilities of all ages.

The Arc promotes and protects the human rights of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and actively supports their full inclusion and participation in the community throughout their lifetimes.
