MDA Care Center of the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) Care Center Network. It gives multidisciplinary care for people with muscular dystrophy, ALS, spinal muscular atrophy and other neuromuscular diseases.

Cook Children's Cleft Lip and Palate Team is a cleft palate team on the team list of the American Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Association (ACPA). A team of specialists gives care to people with cleft lip, cleft palate and other conditions of the head and face. It sees patients from age 0 to age 21.
