Embracing Complexity

Children with neurodevelopmental conditions often face poorer mental and physical health as well as social inequalities. Early-years support can improve a range of outcomes, but is often difficult to access. Factors such as area-level income, employment, education, health, crime, housing, services and living environment could potentially influence access to support, but this is under-researched.

In our latest webinar on Wednesday 21 July at 12pm (UK time), Suzi Sapiets, Sophie Laxton and Caitlin Moriarty from the University of Kent's Tizard Centre discuss their recent research project exploring access to different forms of support for children with neurodevelopmental conditions in areas of socio-economic deprivation.

You can register here for access to the webinar on Zoom. Alternatively, the webinar will also be livestreamed on our Facebook page.

HOW TO JOIN: When you register, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from Eventbrite with a link to the event page. This page includes the link to the Zoom session.

Embracing Complexity is a coalition of over 60 organisations working towards a world where everyone with neurodevelopmental conditions can achieve their potential. It is led by Autistica, the UK's autism research charity, who are hosting this webinar.
