This is a FREE training course for JPN members ran by Attitude is Everything, an inspiring disability-led charity that has dedicated the last 15 years to improving deaf and disabled people's access to live music.
This three-hour course will give you an introduction to disability equality and the key concepts that you need to know to provide an accessible service for your audiences.
Attitude is Everything's Disability Equality and Customer Service Training is designed specifically for the events industry and will be tailored to the individual needs of JPN members. The charity trains an average of 500 people a year from venues, festivals, theatres, arts centres, exhibitions providers, museums and local authorities.
