Komunitní terénní tým is run by ESET - HELP, z. s. Registered social services (MPSV register of social service providers): sociální rehabilitace (social rehabilitation); centrum duševního zdraví (mental health centre). Target groups: osoby ohrožené závislostí nebo závislé na návykových látkách, osoby s chronickým duševním onemocněním.
